Our renters operate independently within the salon/spa. Each professional manages their own client bookings, services, and payments. The salon/spa is not responsible for scheduling or financial transactions between renters and their clients.
We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. This policy is in place because late cancellations make it difficult to fill the reserved time slot, resulting in lost wages. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, just as we value yours.
