Cancellation policy
The majority of our business operates on appointments. We respectfully require 24 hour cancellation notice prior to the appointment. Therefore we can try to fill the appointment time. Any cancellations given less than 24 hour will be charged a 50% fee.

All packages require a 48 hour cancellation and are reserved with a credit card or gift certificate number. A 50% fee will be applied in an event of a late cancellation or an absence.

Bridal reservations policy
credit card needed to hold appointments. Two week cancellation required. After two weeks period credit card will be charged 50% of scheduled service.

Spa etiquette
please arrive 5-10 minutes before appointment to fill out client form.

To keep a calm, relaxed atmosphere, cell phones or children are prohibited in the spa area at any time.
